Do you sell plants?

At this time we are not selling plants, however, never say never! Plans can always change and we are open to the idea of always growing and expanding our business to keep you all happy :)


When will my order ship?

All clothing orders are currently made-to-order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be carefully created and shipped your way. Pots + planters will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless your order also contains clothing products.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do our best to ship everywhere. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated at checkout with a shipping estimator based on your country, county, and zip code. If you have any questions please reach out to hello@thepottedjungleshop.com before placing your order.


What is your return policy?

While we always do our very best to provide gorgeous products that you and your plants will love, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with The Potted Jungle. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at hello@thepottedjungleshop.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to return your items for a full refund. 

We ask that all items be returned within 12 days of receiving your order. Returns must be properly packed and we recommend shipping all items back in the original packaging. In order for us to process your return, all items must be unused and in original condition. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees and the customer is responsible for all re-shipping fees associated with sending the product back to us. Once we receive your return, we will begin to process to return and refund your original form of payment within 5 business days.

All sale items are final and non-refundable. 


What if my products are damaged upon arrival?

We're so sorry to hear that! Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to hello@thepottedjungleshop.com. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery, as any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Please provide images of the damaged product and keep all damaged packaging materials including the box and all of the inside contents for us to process the claim with the carrier. Claims received after 24 hours of shipment cannot be processed.
