When will my order ship?
We currently have a 3-5 business day processing time on all pots + planters once an order is placed. We try our best to process orders as soon as we get them and often, we are able to ship out your order sooner.
We currently offer Flat Rate Shipping for all US orders, however, we are unfortunately unable to provide this service for international orders. All shipments come with $100 buyer protection via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. If you need any additional protection or would prefer to have someone sign for your package at delivery, please send us an email at email@example.com before placing your order so we can provide you with information regarding the additional costs for those services.
Tracking information is available on all of our shipments. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped along with an estimated delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes at this time. Please ensure you provide a shipping address that is associated with either a home or business address.
In the rare event that we are unable to process your order, you will be notified of any delay as soon as possible. The Potted Jungle reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving product availability and shipping times may vary due to availability of product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do our best to ship everywhere. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL Worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout with a shipping estimator based on the information you provide regarding your country, county, and zip code. If you have any questions please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
You shipped out my package but I haven't received it yet, what do I do?
Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your package is shipped, for all items to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost/stolen packages, however, if your tracking information states that your package has arrived please reach out to us and we will try and assist however we can. There have been a few situations where tracking information will state a package has been delivered, and then the package will actually be delivered the next day, so don't lose hope!
What if my products are damaged upon arrival?
We're so sorry to hear that! Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to email@example.com. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery, as any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Please provide images of the damaged product and keep all damaged packaging materials including the box and all of the inside contents for us to process the claim with the carrier. Claims received after 24 hours of shipment cannot be processed.
